1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
- This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloading trailer and rail cars of feed ingredients for the Feed Mill in a timely manner, as well as running the computer to route ingredients while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Weighing trucks in and out and keeping track of paperwork (receivers and bills of lading.) Informing supervisor or office clerk of empty rail cars to release. Monitoring secondary containment for liquid ingredients for leaks or spills. Following SPCC guidelines for unloading of liquid ingredients. Also responsible for keeping rail shed and area surrounding clean. Perform any other task assigned by Supervisor. Training conducted on unloading of corn, soy, etc. from the rail cars. Must be able to use a hammer to beat down rail hoppers along with installing 75 pound vibrator on rail cars occasionally. Must complete rail car mover training along with the pre-mix operator duties. Operation of track mobile Forklift SPCC. Must have 12 months continuous work history with a single employer.
