Evaluating pre-scanned books to determine salability on-line, not limited to condition, markings and completeness of content
Categorizing scanned books onto shelving system according to standards
Pulling appropriate books to fulfill order requests
Meeting production numbers as set by divisional management
Ensuring loss prevention guidelines are followed
Assisting in the packaging/shipping process as needed to meet volume requirements and maintain customer satisfaction
Uploading high-quality, scanned books into software provided and posting listed items onto internal software
Providing clear and accurate information on-line as to the condition and completeness of the book, as well as listing additional components
Display exceptional customer service skills
Dress appropriately for the position, as directed by Agency
Experience operating personal computers running Windows-based software and hardware preferred.
Meeting and exceeding production standards per hours worked unless assigned to other tasks.
Ensuring loss prevention and process flow guidelines are followed.
Cleaning production station after every shift.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
Ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers
Ability to safely perform job duties
Ability to follow policies
Ability to perform tasks assigned by supervisors and store management in a timely manner.
