Be aware of the rest of the line in order to maintain a consistent pace. Weigh each bag keeping the corners straight, spacing the bags approximately 6 apart. Make certain that the weights are within the limits of acceptable variance for the specific weight of the bag. Make sure that the flap is folded completely flat before it goes through the sewing machine. Space the bags apart to keep them from being sewn together. Stack filled bags of charcoal on pallets. Cull bags with rocks, have holes, which are un-sewn, improperly sewn or misprinted. Use designated pallets and paper or cardboard for each brand of charcoal. Provide bags for the baggers.
