Duties and Responsibilitiesless thanbr> Operator will be required to set-up, operate, and to adjust machines and equipment to produce and/or to prepare for shipment a good quality product. Examples of machines and equipment are, but not limited to, blade folding, riveting, conveying, boxing, banding, strapping, leading, painting, and other departmental equipment.less thanbr> Processes performed will be, but not limited to, assembling, painting, boxing, palletizing, leading, filing, bundling, banding, nutting, sorting, boxing, twisting, and deburring.less thanbr> Operator may be required to make visual inspections, separate parts, identify, tag, count, record production, record scrap, keep required production records, and other operations as required.less thanbr> Operator will be required to furnish own hand tools.less thanbr> Operator will be required to maintain machines, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manne Skills and Experienceless thanbr> Ability to sit and/or stand and perform repetitive work for a minimum of eight hours.less thanbr> Ability to walk, see and have full use of both hands.less thanbr> Ability to perform highly repetitive work with high weights and much vibration, 22-25 assemblies per minute using eight different motions.less thanbr> Ability to lift and carry 100 lb. cartons a distance of 3 feet and place on a pallet.
