An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Position : Data Services Eloqua APP Developer
Location : Nationwide (Preferred Location : North America)
KEY OBJECTIVE
/(Outline key/overall objectives of the role)/
Data Services is a key team within the Oracle Marketing Cloud Consulting Organization responsible for designing and building new custom applications and data processing for Eloqua Clients.
The Data Services Consultant plays an important role in supporting top Clients delivering white glove service through the design, documentation and build cycle of custom projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting previous digital marketing Application development. Expert level knowledge of the Eloqua platforms a plus. Knowledge of data management best practices, APIs, and application of project management and agile methodologies are key to the Consultants success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports up through the Manager of Data Services
Application Development, Web Architecture, Data Integration, Custom API Development
Will work in partnership with the Solution Architect to design, implement, maintain custom applications
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong analytical skills; ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret data/information with key attention to detail
In-depth technical expertise in Java Spring, Integration, Web, Security and Batch
Proficiency in Java, REST API and SQL
Proficiency in bash shell scripting and UNIX
Understands relational database structure, ability to research and implement best practice application build and data access techniques
Strong skills in organization and time management
Communication skills and strong team work a must
Essential Job Duties
Own creation error handling and monitoring to ensure ongoing accuracy of custom applications and custom APIs
Per solution requirements, build appropriate business logic in web or standalone applications
Documentation of all application technical requirements for APIs including data source, field type, definition, etc. for each field
Ability to accurately document detailed program release notes for operations teams
SME for custom application design, build and integration
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
5-7 years relevant experience in Application development required
2 years consulting experience preferred
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
Ability to travel as needed
