The position of Operations Representative is responsible for the boarding of customer applications, both from a new account and maintenance perspective. As an Operations Representative, this individual will be responsible for providing quality service to all inside and outside team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up new merchant profiles
Review paperwork/electronic application
Key data to board a customer account in all applicable systems
Review and respond daily to emails
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: pricing adjustments, DBA name change, MCC code updated and terminal file build updates.
San and update important paperwork in Sales Force
Proper phone etiquette with inbound and outbound calls
Follow up on any outstanding issues
Remain up to date on supported applications and terminals
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
· Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and passion for driving to results
· Ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information
· Microsoft office suite; specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel
· Ability to learn new software programs
