Golden Valley Memorial Hospital IT Technical Support Specialist Level I in Clinton, Missouri
The role of IT Support Specialist Level I is to be the initial point of contact for technology related incidents and service requests. This role provides support for all employees and IT team members. The optimal person assigned to this classification will have excellent oral and written communication skills. The following duties are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification:
Answer the Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare's IT Help Desk phone calls in a rotation with other Level I IT Support Specialists; Document issues in Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare's service portal ticketing system and provide guidance to end-users on using the ticketing system; Set up and install in an optimal manner new or upgraded PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripheral devices as required; Assist in the remediation of end-user computing/access issues.
Minimum of one to three years' of IT support experience highly preferred. Microsoft Office Solutions certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Windows or CompTia A+ certification is a plus.
