Aerotek EH&s Manager in Columbia, Missouri
Description:
Provide day-to-day support in all areas of Environmental, Health & Safety to the facility. Will ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and maintain high standards of communication and rapport among department staff, management of hourly associates. Will implement and administer safety and workers’ compensation programs and initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HS&S or related field
At least 5 + years of experience managing HS&S in a manufacturing environment.
CSP certification is a must (or on track to obtain CSP certification)
Other Related credentials are a plus (CIH, OHST)
Experience managing worker’s compensation
Thorough working knowledge of 29CFR-General Industry Standards and Workers’ Compensation laws
OSHA requirements/safety audits
Must have basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
