Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM's Client Innovation Center in Columbia, MO is seeking talented First Line Managers to lead teams of services personnel in providing technical support across multiple technology service lines. This position will be part of a dynamic team chartered to deliver high availability solutions to meet the strategic requirements of IBM and IBM's customers. As an incoming Manager, you will support a group of IBM employees and subcontractors and have duties including cost management, fiscal planning, human resource management, skill development and client relations. You may be responsible for managing teams that fall into any of these areas: project management, support for servers, storage, application hosting, security and compliance, database management, or mainframe. You will need demonstrated interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• At least 6 months experienceincustomer relationship management

• At least 3 years experience in Technical Leadership

• At least 2 years experience in SSO Competency Management

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• At least 1 year experience in customer relationship management

• At least 1 year experience in people management, business acumen, technical experience

• At least 5 years experience in Oracle Technical Leadership

• At least 4 years experience In SSO Competency Management

• At least 3 years experience in information technology
