National Dentex Dental-Lab Technician Trainee in Fenton, Missouri

Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Keller in Fenton, MO for a Full-Time Dental Laboratory Technician Trainee (Model Pour). Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist and effectively participate in the quality assurance at every case exchange.
Participate in the Model Work function of all Appliance products
Produce clear and precise duplicate models and articulate as needed.
Follow all technical team policies which have been set as the standard protocol for the manufacturing process in the department.
Understand and demonstrate Keller’s core values of Honesty, Respect, Commitment, Accountability, and Communication at all times.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Good hand-eye coordination, good manual dexterity, excellent perception skills and a strong ability to pay close attention to details.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve using past experience and successes to gauge best steps for future cases.
Ability to effectively communicate with all tem members during the buyer-seller transactions as well as communicating to members of the technical support team, and members of management.
Ability to learn and successfully complete all in-house training and verifications.
Ability to maneuver between model work fabrication stations.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
No experience required
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
Polyflex (hot in temperature)
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
Good manual dexterity
Repeated bending and reaching
