Maintenance Technician performs the Equipment Trouble Shooting, Preventive Maintenance, Change Overs and Set Ups.
Perform the Preventive Maintenance of the Process and Packaging Equipment.
Perform Trouble Shooting and Corrective Maintenance of Equipment.
Provide support in product change overs and change parts set ups.
Identify and correct PLC related issues with the equipment.
PLC based system fault finding and specification.
Assist with CAPAs, CCRs and NCRs in the maintenance department.
Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Manage the Preventative Maintenance Blue Mountain System.
Provide support for Building Maintenance.
Provide support for Pest Control Activity.
Provide support and maintenance for Lab Instrument Maintenance.
Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) including formal presentations.
Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of equipment qualification: IQ, OQ and PQ,
Must possess excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal direction.
Must possess strong time management skills.
Education and Experience Required:
Technical Training preferably in, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Process and Packaging Equipment Maintenance in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Physical Requirements :
Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds and in the HVAC area

Work Environment :
Office, warehouse, manufacturing environments and external plant facilities.
Ability to wear the required PPE for manufacturing environment.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
