PDS Tech Inc Support Planning & Management Specialist 2 in Hazelwood, Missouri

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Support Planning & Management Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.


  • Provides data development for integrated support subsystems.

  • Assists in the development of support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.

  • Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides cross-functional integration within the internal F-15 Korea sustainment organization.

  • Manage program metrics and contract deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Support customer meetings during non-standard work hours as required.

  • Manages program performance data and assists with customer correspondence.

  • Manage weekly team meetings.

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain).

  • 1+ year of experience in Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience in Product Support Disciplines

  • Experience supporting international customers and cultural demands

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management systems and processes

  • Knowledge of company’s procedures and processes

  • Knowledge of company's Opportunity, Risk, Issue Management System

Typical Education/ Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
