Job Location - High Ridge, MO

Position Summary: Provide daily maintenance and repair support to manufacturing operations and office areas as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to include machinery, CNC mills, lathes and grinders

  • Troubleshoot and repair test equipment both shock and vibe

  • Repair and rebuild pumps both water and vacuum. Knowledge of environmental test chambers, water towers, heat exchangers and air conditioning

  • Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems

  • Must be familiar with testing, modifying, and repairing of machinery.

  • Able to read and work from standard wiring and assembly drawings

  • Capable of performing related manufacturing processes

  • Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements applicable to the company in accordance with State and Federal regulations and any applicable certification required to maintain the certification

  • Interface with other departments to assure efficient flow of information and materials

  • Position requires the ability to coordinate several activities at the same time, and to reprioritize in response to changing operational conditions

  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Years Experience Education

2+ Years Associate's degree from Trade School or equivalent combination of education & experience


  • Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills.

  • Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus.

  • Must be experienced in the safe handling of chemicals.

  • Experience using various computer applications, including email, Excel, and Vendor Sites as needed.

  • Experience with MRP a plus.

  • Must have good hand-eye coordination.
