CTGs premier client has a contract assignment for aSalesforce Tech Lead. The work will be performed remotely with the candidate being able to work EST hours.
Duration: 6+ month contract position

Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Tech Lead
Pay:Dependent on Experience
Position Summary:
The Salesforce Tech Lead will join the Salesforce Delivery team and be part of multiple Salesforce delivery initiatives focused on Service Cloud and related technologies. This role envisions a broad array of Salesforce centric skills with an emphasis on Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities combined with experience working in large and complex implementation initiatives spanning across
Own and influence the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned; performs code reviews for all levels of engineer
Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
Strong technical expert on the team; assigns work, mentors, and trains junior engineers.
Advocates for new technology and improvements.
Applies, and prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.
Assists in the development of strategies for the full software development life-cycle of new and emerging technologies and make recommendations regarding selected technologies and demonstrates the viability
Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code
Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
Proposes high-level application platform architectural guidelines
Formulates and designs technical solutions to meet business needs
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Experience with large, and complex technology implementations across multiple domains
Experience with all phases of SDLC and various delivery methodologies including Agile
Minimum 3 years’ Salesforce including Communities implementation (Admin Cert Preferred)
Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives
Broad experience with multiple technology platforms and products
Experience with technologies: Salesforce Platform Development, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Security, Sharing, Visibility, Data, and Integrations, Integration Technologies and Orchestrations including ESB, iPaaS
