Next Generation Workplace M365 Application Developer (Senior)

Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with unique business and technical perspectives on how they must innovate to remain competitive and be resilient in an environment of constant disruption.

Your key responsibilities

You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of digital workplace solutions, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will collaborate with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision, strategy and roadmap to life.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and implementation of clients project lifecycle

  • Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena

  • Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms

  • Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances

  • Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and with clients and business partners

  • Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

T o qualify for the role you must have

  • At least 2 years of professional experience designing and implementing secure M365 application development service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack including some or all of: Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Identity Platform, SharePoint Framework, Web Part development, SharePoint and Teams solution packaging,Adaptive Cards, Office UI Fabric (Fluent UI), and Actionable Messages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, PowerShell, Visual Studio Enterprise, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, .

  • Essential skills include: HTML5/CSS, Secure application development, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipeline, web server technology concepts, web development, JavaScript frameworks (angular, node.js), responsive application design, single-page web application design, system integration development, business process automation, DevSecOps

  • Experience working with enterprise clients to implement programs for some or all of:

  • M365 custom application development

  • SharePoint application modernization and development

  • Application integration and deployment with Microsoft Teams

  • Intranet modernization

  • Process automation - business and technology

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred - Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
