Kforce Back End . NET Developer in Kansas City, Missouri

Kforce is looking for a Back End .NET Developer for a remote contract opportunity in the downtown Kansas City area. Responsibilities: * Use tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain year over year product functionality and enhancements * Create, maintains and executes unit tests and addresses defects * Assist in planning and implementation of a strategic direction for the product * Design, develop and maintain complex software components * Create and maintain documentation of design approaches * Identifies product design features to support scalability, usability and better performance * Assist and drive technical design and code reviews for all new enhancements and maintenance work delivered by the development team * Understand complex business and functional requirements and produces technical specifications and product requirements * Establish and ensure consistency of the use of best practices within the team * Maintain and improve current knowledge on the latest technologies relevant to the role regarding algorithms, language, design methodology, third-party development tools, application platforms, hardware compatibility and operating systems * Strong knowledge in .NET C#, .Net Core, Entity framework and .Net design patterns and should have strong knowledge in C# development concepts * Database and Cache: SQL Server (Azure Sql) * Azure: Good knowledge in Azure App Services, Azure Active directory, Azure Monitor and Application insights * Ability to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it * Knowledge on pipeline creation/delivery within Azure platform * Front-end technology: Working knowledge of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as Angular, jQuery Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
