The position of Clinic Solutions Scorecard Specialist is within our Toxicology business unit located at our Kansas City, Missouri office. This role will monitor, track and coach our clinic partners to encourage better performance.
Analyzes clinic performance data on a weekly basis and trends Abbott clinic performance over time.
Identifies opportunities for improvement at the collector, provider and clinic level.
Reaches out to clinics by phone and email as necessary to make them aware of the opportunities to correct the errors.
Instructs the offending operators and/or their direct supervisor on the proper procedures and protocols that will lead to improved performance.
Tracks the offending clinics to see if improvement has occurred over time.
Escalates the issues at the clinic, if the behavior continues over time.
Communicates the value of Abbott’s electronic solution, eScreen123.com.
Communicates the importance of maintaining inventory for Abbott’s clients.
Works across multiple parts of Abbott’s business to find solutions to clinic issues.
Supports special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Health Administration, Business or similar degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
Must be a strong communicator with a passion for teaching, instruction, training and working with individuals or groups of people.
Must be data savvy and able to run reports in Excel and other software applications.
Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to work several different contacts at the same time.
Must be a technology-minded person who can install (and trouble-shoot) basic PC components, printers, Internet connections, WIFI and other common technology components used to run eScreen software
Must have strong time-management skills and also complete administrative duties, attend conference calls and balance pre- and post- implementation coordination with clients as needed
Must have good phone skills in order to effectively implement via phone and coordinate future implementations with new and existing clinics
Experience with data analytics
Experience with redirecting client/vendor behavior preferred
Experience in software training preferred
Knowledge of eScreen products and software applications a plus
Power BI is a plus
