Aerotek Industrial Maintenance Manager - Hiring ASAP in Kansas City, Missouri

A plastics manufacturing company in KCMO is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager ASAP!

Starting Salary: 75- 80$k

Shift: Day Shift, M-F

Job Type: Direct placement (permanent) position

Experience & Skill Requirements:

· Industrial maintenance experience in plastics related field

· Maintenance leadership experience

· Experience supervising/ managing 4+ people

· Prefer 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting

Essential Job Functions:

· Supervision of maintenance workforce.

· Set up and coordinate a preventative maintenance program on all equipment.

· Coordinate the care of facilities grounds.

· Advise management on the condition of equipment and timeliness of mechanical repairs.

· Work with purchasing on the ordering of repair parts.

· Maintain an inventory on critical replacement parts.

· Help as instructed by management.

· Installation, maintenance and repair of facility production equipment and building.
