The Azure Active Directory (AAD) Architect will provide design, thought leadership, and drive implementation of Azure Active Directory services and infrastructure. The AAD Architect will be responsible for full Architectural life cycle of technology roadmaps and solutions architecture for numerous present and future systems and technologies based on "Security First” approach. This position will lead selection of products, tools, technologies, and services and actively participate in selection of tools and technologies.
Drive the execution of the next generation of Azure Active Directory (AAD) technologies, including owning the overall roadmap
Work closely with technology and business stakeholders across the organization
Establish AAD security architecture and strategies
Securely manage authentication and authorization solutions for on-premise and cloud solutions
Lead AAD projects from initial conception through design, testing, and implementation
Evaluate vendor solutions to ensure they meet technology and cloud standards, as well as all applicable architecture considerations
Develop metrics that demonstrate the current risk state, indicators of progress, and directory services business alignment
Engage with development teams during operational security reviews, provide leadership and security design guidance
Evaluate requirements and design solutions based on Azure Active Directory platforms
Work across business and IT teams to analyze and define requirements for Active Directory & Azure Active Directory integrations.
Guide application teams on understanding the requirements for integration with AzureAD
Provide to global project and operational teams technical advice, guidance, expertise, and risk analysis on your area of expertise.
Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management, infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions to deliver the target technology environment and contribute to IT objectives.
Ensure that security solutions are build such that they meet requirements, adhere to applicable policies, and comply with information security requirements
Demonstrate extensive knowledge across a broad range of identity and access management technologies
B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related IT work experience in a global information technology environment
10 years of relevant working experience in IT Security and IT Architectur
7 years of experience with Active Directory architecture and infrastructure
3 years of experience with Azure Active Directory architecture and desig
5 years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and technologies
Professional information security certification, such as CISSP, CISM is preferred
Demonstrated security architecture conceptual skills, solutions delivery, and decision making, incorporating sound security principles, and emerging technologies to design and implement enterprise security solutions.
Experience with SSO and Federation protocols such as SAML, OAUTH and OIDC
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate concepts to technical as well as nontechnical audiences.
Cloud experience with IAAS and PAAS infrastructures including PowerShell skills
Experience leading architecture projects with aggressive timelines
Advanced understanding of IAM solutions and related technologies including Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, group and role mapping, PKI, DNS, DHCP and GPO implementation
