We are seeking a Network Analyst to join our team supporting USDA End User Support Services (EUSS) Tier II in Kansas City, MO, New Orleans, LA and St. Louis, MO.

Supports the assembly, installation, configuration and repair of operational computer network systems.
Performs a variety of telecommunications or network support functions, including trouble ticket management, service order entry, and/or configuration management.
Performs scheduled system maintenance activities.
Participates in the resolution of systems problems.
Performs all work in accordance with established standards
5 years of relevant experience
Associate's degree in related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
IAT Level I certification
