To achieve our results, we recruit the best and brightest employees who ask, listen and solve to meet our customers’ needs!.Commerce Bank is seeking a high-energy and experienced candidate to fill a role as Product Support Specialist (Claims Payments), working closely with Commercial Payments Product, Commercial Card/Claims Payments Sales, Operations, IT and Product Development.The Product Support Specialist is the liaison between the Product Manager and the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the product and how it benefits our customers. They are responsible for documentation of product enhancements, user guides and process workflows. Responsibilities:• Communicate enhancements and product changes to sales representatives, account managers and support teams• Document process flows and high-level product overviews• Identify process improvements• Oversee consistency in documentation and communication channels• Product trend reporting activities• Partner with Product Managers on maintaining our Commercial Payments – Product SharePoint site that will be used across the Commercial Payments team• Drive a process to review and update Product Documentation on an ongoing basisWork Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experienceExperience:Required• 3+ years’ experience in technical or business-related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong technical writing skills, Self-starter and independent worker• Attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment • Proficient in Excel, Visio and other Microsoft Office products Preferred• Vendor management experience• Agile Scrum team experience or knowledge of the Agile development methodology• Visio and Access database skills
