*Looking for 20 remote Customer Service Reps* [Equipment provided]
Home-based position that ensures the delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of requests, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, order placement, customer complaints, etc.
Builds and Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Manage a high volume ( /- 75 day) of inbound contacts (primarily phone calls) in a timely manner.
- Support all customer communication channels (i.e. phone, voicemail, email, SMS, chat)
- Process orders for customers using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
