Hallmark is looking for a certified Customer-360 Technical Lead - IT Architect II to join our Hallmark Marketing/Loyalty team. The Hallmark Marketing Technology team is responsible for designing, developing and delivering innovative and iterative digital solutions that respond to the evolving business needs and drive business results.
This is a great opportunity within the Hallmark Global IT division to be on the front-line of enabling strategic business change at Hallmark.
The Customer-360 Technical Lead will manage and grow a team of on-shore developers to deliver digital solutions that enable the Hallmark Global business. You will work as part of an Agile Scrum team to understand business needs and subsequently design and build digital solutions and capabilities within MuleSoft, AWS, Teradata and Informatica systems. Asla leader of the development team, you will:
Apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems, weigh the considerations of deploying using clicks/declarative versus code and ensure development guidelines are met to grow and maintain a stable Marketing/Loyalty ecosystem.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Marketing Product Owners, consultants, contractors and on-shore/off-shore resources to design solutions - accomplishing desired business outcomes
Oversee and manage system integrations, administration, analysis, design, and coding
Partner closely with corporate information security, enterprise architecture, shared services and project managers in developing solutions, ensuring policy compliance and strategic alignment in our dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate would be a developer who is strong in the following skill-sets:
Informatica ETL (C360/MDM)
Ability to creatively problem solve
Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders (non-technical staff)
Saleforce Marketing Cloud (Preferred, but not required)

Bachelor's Degree in a technology field or 3+ years in an applications development and/or integration role
Proficiency in 3 or more back-end programming languages.
Experience in ETL processes.
Familiarity with database technology.
Experience with developing against a SaaS and/or cloud-based application
Experience with Agile Planning tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Minimum of 10 years of information technology experience.
Informatica ETL C360/MDM Experience
AWS ETL, GO, Glue Experience
Experience leading development projects
Experience working in an Agile environment and on an Agile work team
Track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment; successfully navigates change
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels and on/off-shore support
Excellent analytic skills
Results focused and works with a high degree of self-direction
