The Kansas City Clinical Supply Services Returned Goods Coordinator supports clinical trial projects through the coordination and processing of returned clinical trial project work. The Returned Goods Coordinator will also review returns contract related matters, and direct liaison with both internal and external clients to facilitate the completion of Returned Goods Summaries.
Prepare Returned Goods Summaries to meet required client related time-lines
Lead meetings with client and/or internal Project Managers to facilitate QAR initiation and tracking for Return and Destruction projects
Receive, monitor and manage client supplied Randomizations, drug, components and materials and ensure delivery to internal functions as required
Under own direction for assigned projects or in support of PM team co-ordinate returns and destruction projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct source documents are completed and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion; Respond to questions and provide guidance to clients on matters related return and destruction contracts
Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements
Supply relevant information and produce project forecasts to Returns team to support S&OP and client management
Ensure that key development milestones in agreement with clients, are achieved and that the program is progressing in a timely manner.
Will become proficient with JDE and will perform all project set up entries and tracking as needed, and responsible for marking financial milestones. Will also provide notification of milestone completions for billing to finance
Assist Manager with invoicing related matters and provide resolution to Finance (i.e. credit memos, etc.); Create commercial invoices for return shipments as required; Maintain and supply customer specific reports as required
Education: High School degree or equivalent
Experience: 2- 3 years of clinical trial returned goods processing experience or related pharmaceutical operations experience preferred
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
High attention to detail; Above average organizational skills; Ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to work very effectively and efficiently under pressure to meet competing workplace demands; High ownership and accountability for projects
Strong computer skills – including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project,
