DST is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to help run several business critical events such as Workday administration, reporting, open enrollment, benefit changes, performance management and additional projects.
System design, configuration and administration of the following Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Talent
Own configuration for assigned areas, while providing advice and coaching across all configuration areas for the team
Responsible for Workday system configuration including modules updates, business process/workflow setup and modification, security, etc. as determined by business requirements
Partner with key stakeholders to create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions
Manage projects leveraging project management principles; track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to management
Participate in Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features
Diagnose and resolve issues; perform thorough problem analysis, including problem re-creation, resulting in resolution; provide Level Tier 3 support on issues
Create and maintain custom reporting, dashboards and handle mass data loads
Develop and maintain system documentation
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience
3-5 years of HRIS and Workday experience; global HR systems experience preferred
Demonstrated Workday experience. Leverages workday expertise to provide a solution with options
Strong project management and analytical skills
Issue triage and management skills
