A provides the first contact for end-users for all Information Systems supported systems. They take requests, whether they are problem reports or requests for new services, via the Service Desk support line to gather customer contact information, the symptoms of the problem, and then enter tickets for all incoming work requests or incidents. The Service Desk and Operations Support Analyst also troubleshoots certain issues by analyzing the reported symptoms and solves them, ideally affecting a first-call resolution.

  • Provides direct first-response, end-user Tier 1 technical support.

  • Performs the diagnosis of basic computer-related problems and affects resolution for these computing problems.

  • Assists In the monitoring of operations systems.


  • HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience

  • A+ certification Preferred

  • N+ certification Preferred

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Preferred

  • Helpdesk International (HDI) certification Preferred

  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) (Windows/Office) Preferred

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $19.19, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
