Support Technician

Job Description:

In this position you will provide world class hardware advance exchange services for our Cerner client devices. You will work with clients and internal support teams to troubleshoot, repair or replace devices managed under our Cerner Advance Exchange (AE) program. You will work with manufacturers to repair failed devices.

You will troubleshoot and repair hardware devices and document resolution and prioritize and escalate issues and requests when appropriate. You will also coordinate device repair or replacement with client and internal support teams as well as re-imaging and configuring Android, Windows & Linux devices.

You will manage personal support ticket queues and monitor email boxes for issues and requests and process defective devices and parts for return to manufacturers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree or 4-years equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ Certification desired

  • At least 1 year of office support/call center experience
