PSG Global Solutions Quality Technician II in Lake St. Louis, Missouri
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Quality Technician II , working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Lake St. Louis, Missouri .
Follow good documentation practices for the accurate and timely documentation of all activities.
Perform product bioburden testing on incoming raw materials and finished products.
Perform endotoxin testing by kinetic and gel clot methods.
Perform water sampling at various production areas.
Perform purified water testing as required by USP.
Perform lab and plant environmental monitoring.

Experience Required for Your Success
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Associates Degree in science related field (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and competencies
Use of analytical balance
pH Meter
TOC Analyzer
Kinetic Turbidimetric Analyzer
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of application of basic principles, theories and concepts in Microbiology
Basic knowledge and understanding of aseptic technique
LIMS entry of data
Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred
Working knowledge of instrumentation preferred
Details
The pay range we are offering is 17 to 20 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
