You ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on June 2, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.Internship responsibilities may includeThe Application Support Intern will be responsible for working with the Incident Response team to effectively diagnose and resolve issues effecting the stability of Spectrum sales platforms. The intern will assist in recording issues and analyzing the environment to recommend fixes for recurring problems. The intern will also be involved in the transition process for newly built applications. Projects the intern may be involved in:- Splunk Training use the course we have purchased + 6 HAWC proactive monitoring alerts stories assigned across 3 sprints- Analysis and reporting on environment upgrades for the buyflow- Analysis and reporting of email campaign traffic trends and their effects on the buyflow- Creation of an Incident Severity and Priority matrix- Operationalize new applications within the environmentHere s what it takes to get startedRequired qualifications * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor s Degree or Advanced Degree * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorshipPreferred qualificationsWe strive to meet a goal of near 0% unplanned downtime, therefore, it is critical this individual possesses a proactive, assertive personality, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, a great eye for detail, and the ability to perform a root cause analysis in a highly complex environment.
