. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related technology field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of development/engineering work experience
Full stack development with strong Ruby skills and software architecture design experience
Proof of concept development experience
At least 2 years of people management experience
Live in or willing to relocate to the greater Kansas City, MO area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
