ManpowerGroup 1st/2nd shift DesktopSuport Specailist in New York, Missouri

What's in it for you?

  • Full time hours: Work Scheduled will be Early mornings or Evening shifts (work will be on most major Holidays as well)

  • Competitive Pay Rate: $20/hr. $30/hr. DOE

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing high level Desktop Support

  • Conducting research and preparing statistical reports

  • Handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as: preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings

The skills we are looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience (L2)

  • Help Desk/Call Center experience - Required

  • A+ Certification (min)

  • General IT knowledge

  • OS (intermediate to advance knowledge of troubleshooting for Window 10 & Mac OS - high sierra and above

  • Networking (basic to advanced TCP/IP troubleshooting - wired and wireless

  • Mobile & MDM experience (iOS a MUST) - Airwatch

  • Application Support (O365 suite - heavy Teams and Outlook, Adobe suite)

  • Hardware Support: Advanced hardware troubleshooting skills (especially supporting Dell Latitude and OptiPlex series equipment

  • Active Directory: Experience adding/removing accounts, groups memberships

  • Familiar with "WFH" work from home environment: VPM, Wi-Fi, Conference Call, Etc.

  • Ticketing systems - preferably ServiceNow

  • Supporting On-Air and Broadcast environment (Highly Desirable
