Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Installation Specialist. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
As an Installation Specialist, you will:
Install a wide range of High End appliances including professional series kitchens, integrated appliances, and vent hoods to manufacturer’s specifications
Installation Specialist will be responsible for attending installation training seminars and keeping up-to-date on all product changes – Installation Specialist will maintain product knowledge on brands including Subzero, Thermador, Asko, Bosch, Miele, Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, Jennair, Maytag, Dacor, Viking, Marvel, Uline, Scotsman and Fivestar
Work with customers to satisfy needs and concerns – This may include quoting and selling customers product
Assist with training and compliance of install team
Additional duties as required
Qualifications
Prior experience in installation and service within our industry is preferred. A successful Installer will possess the following:
Familiarity with our products
Previous experience and Subzero/Wolf or other manufacturer certifications a plus
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving and listening skills
Organizational and time management skills
The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
Ability to lift 50+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally
