Description:
The IT Coordinator plays a crucial role on our Product Support/Tier II team and will provide services to the entire DataVerify IT organization. As an IT Coordinator, you will assist in many IT functional areas including; helpdesk, business analysis, batch processing, program increment administration, process documentation, release management coordination, and problem defect root cause analysis. Challenging your skills and expanding your knowledge base will be part of your daily routine as an IT Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT support and procedural documentation
Respond to ticket, email and telephone support requests
Assist with creating new users for internal employees
Provide technical support for DRIVE and supporting scheduled tasks
Assist with batch processing and XML integration testing
Act as link between end users and customer support
Provide QA support where identified
Liaise between release management, product management, development and operations for incident and change management meetings.
Assist in the monitoring of system and network performance specific to DRIVE
Perform troubleshooting, data restoration, escalating when necessary
Perform maintenance activities (e.g. backups), and other duties, as directed
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Qualifications
BS/BA in information technology or computer science or related field or equivalent related experience preferred, but not required
Experience in Information Technology or similar background
Experience in help desk support is preferred.
Knowledge of IT systems and applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues related to DRIVE.

Education: Bachelors
