40 hours per week (8:00a-5:00p), working remotely is not an option, 10 hour days are not negotiable. On-call rotation required every 6 weeks

Staff augmentation for our telecommunications team
Daily Responsibilities: PBX Move, Adds and Changes (MACs)
Five (5) years telecommunications experience - Areas as follows: Avaya PBX experience: Intermediate to Advanced; Circuit/trunking knowledge: Basic to Advanced
Must Haves for this position:
The only MUST have is Avaya PBX experience. Any/All other areas listed below are a plus.
BJC PBXs types are as follows: Avaya 91%, Nortel 7%, Cisco 2%
Supporting IVR, call centers, vectoring, CMS
Wireless service: Ascom, Zebra, Vocera
Call Recording: Calabrio
Pagers: American Messaging & Spok
Voicemail: AVST & Call Pilot
Faxing: Faxcom & Right Fax
Circuits: AT&T, Windstream, Charter and CenturyLink
ServiceNow: Technical support management tool
Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, responds to and supports all voice technical control hardware and software issues. Responsible for participating in voice infrastructure design and planning for assigned facility.
