EPIC Integration Analyst (Ambulatory Certified) -100% Remote
Contract – 40 hours a week
Kelly Technology is looking for an EPIC Integration Analyst (Ambulatory Certified) to support our healthcare client in Saint Louis, MO area.
Preferred Minimum Requirements:
5 years of Epic certified EpicCare Ambulatory. Additional Epic certificates such as MyChart and / or Healthy Planet would be beneficial but not necessary.
Must have experience with build, testing, troubleshooting, and understanding of integration of Epic system.
Responsible for defining detailed requirements, analyzing business needs, and validating solutions with the client
Details requirements through product development and other functions to support the project team
Configures highly complex components based on functional requirements
Monitors other business or analysts in project software development methods and processes and implementation of those methods
Possesses full knowledge of most phases of system analysis
Evaluates development projects
Assists in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs
Provides direction to business for tactical approaches
Provides support to end-users for application configuration and/or in house developed applications
Troubleshoots straightforward systems problems independently by investigating underlying problems
Advises in design of new applications by providing expertise on systems capabilities and constraints
Implements and configures new applications or modules.
Works outside immediate discipline to coordinate a group of people in troubleshooting a wide-scale problem
Serves as point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility
May function in a lead capacity within department and represent department in workflow, escalation discussions with others
Identifies functional Epic Clinical Systems service specifications, requirements, resources and processes for large and complex IT projects and understands how these translate into Epic Clinical System’s resource needs.
Provides consultation to business area management and staff at the highest level for all aspects of Epic Clinical Systems services.
Has deep knowledge of Epic Clinical System’s services and understands how teams must work together to deliver services internal customers and project teams require.
