Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Support Technical Services in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft LAN/WAN environments
Experience security strategy, governance, compliance, enforcement and risk management
Experience with gap analysis between requirements and IT capabilities to roadmap a solution
Experience with Linux, Apache and Tomcat
Experience with SharePoint administration
Experience with social media
Experience supporting Cisco ISE
Has experience working with Exchange 2013/2016, Server 2012/2016, SQL, etc.
Experience providing problem diagnosis and resolution for a variety of technical environments
Experience in system administration including:
Windows updates to servers
Checking event logs on servers
Strong knowledge of virtualization Mware, vCenter/VCSA
Cisco WLC experience
Security IPS/ID, malware detection/containment
Knowledgeable in data center environmental requirements and monitoring
Proficient in technical documentation and verbal communication
Must have the ability to prioritize work assignments and give attention to detail
Must have strong work ethic, high aptitude for system issues and be a good team player
Understands IT infrastructure's -big- picture to evaluate risks to update and execute a DRP (disaster recovery plan)
Has worked with Windows Server 2012/16, Windows 7/10, Office 2013/16, Mac OS, IOS and Android mobile devices, antivirus, etc.
