KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, SAP/ERP to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.


  • Provide support in the SAP designated process; independently provide application support and maintenance including resolving defects, working on enhancements, integration and migration to production

  • Communicate resolution of incidents and workarounds, defects and change requests with member firms and end users; write functional specifications for change requests, creating test plans, process documentation and conducting user training

  • Complete incident process with accuracy and completeness of documentation for all change requests; participate in user acceptance testing and help to ensure smooth transport of code to the regional environments

  • Document tickets in ServiceNow and provide documentation for incident and problem reports, effectively coordinating support escalation communication with business, service desk and technical teams

  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and replicate incidents to develop coding resolutions

  • Partner with other SAP functional and technical teams to support application and interfaces while working with consultants to resolve incidences and global resources on defects and non-regional configurations


  • Minimum three years of recent hands on experience with data migration, IDOC Processing, Interfaces, Integration with other modules that interact with FI and Concur like E&B, CRM, HCM and Reporting

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging is required; ability to develop functional specification documentation, create test plans, process documentation and conducting user training

  • Interact with business users to resolve incidents by developing workarounds, submitting defects and change requests; demonstrated ability to create relationship with SAP Concur Vendor through calls and consistent collaboration to understand vendors roadmap and impact or enhancement opportunity on KPMG implementation

  • Experience with Project documentation, ServiceNow, JIRA, HP Quality Center or similar; participate in user acceptance testing and help to ensure smooth deployment of code fixes and enhancements

  • Understand SAP Finance functionality, specifically in areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, internal orders, fixed assets interfaces; SAP Concur like Travel and Expense modules
