Wells Fargo Systems Support Analyst 4 in Saint Louis, Missouri

The position is that of a mid-level System Support Analyst with capabilities to drive and analyze complex ITIL processes including BAR Implementation operations, Platform/Environment Support and Change Management along with responsibilities within the RIS Build and Implementation work stream catering to WIM Application portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of systems support analysis experience

  • 2+ years of experience with an automated deployment tool such as AnthillPro and capabilities

  • 1 + year of experience with component and application deployment job creation using UrbanCode Deploy

  • 1 + year of experience with server administration and job creation using Jenkins Continuous Integration server

  • 1+ year of .net experience

  • 3 + years of Windows or Linux scripting experience

  • 3+ years of IIS experience

  • 1 + year of experience with Subversion source control repository management

  • 2 + years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning

  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

  • 3 + years of technology release or implementation experience

  • 1+ year of change management experience

  • 5+ years of application production support experience

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
