Job Description:

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

What you’ll get to do: As the Procurement Manager you will play a key role in the success of our finance team by overseeing vendor management and the selection of suppliers including, but not limited to the negotiation and execution of contracts. This role offers the unique opportunity to act as a champion for quality assurance in all things involving procurement logistics and will focus on becoming an in-house expert advisor for all procurement-related processes. The Procurement Manager will primarily manage tasks such as developing and communicating a robust procurement and purchasing strategy, leading the implementation of a new software for procurement, identifying potential suppliers and presenting them for approval, working with general counsel to negotiate terms with vendors, establishing operational plans and initiatives to focus on department effectiveness and efficiency, managing the purchasing team and recommending expansion strategies as necessary, implementing sourcing strategies to meet budgetary and sustainability goals and so much more! Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (required)

5+ years of experience working in procurement or a related business field (preferred)
