We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to fill a Security Internship position in the Security Operations Department at our Headquarters facility in Springfield, Missouri. This is a paid internship that offers employment during the summer 2020 with the opportunity to continue into the fall. Normal working days are Monday through Friday. You could also potentially receive course credit while working at AECI! Contact your school’s career center for more information.
This internship will have the opportunity to work side by side with our talented security team and participate on impactful projects like:
· Assisting with complex investigations into unlawful activity and violations of company policies and procedures in an efficient, thorough and professional manner
·Participation in interviews while locating, reviewing, and analyzing data, as well as organizing data
·Conducting investigative research in physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
·Producing cohesive and thorough written reports
Qualified applicants must be enrolled in a four year or advanced degree program in emergency management related field throughout internship. Candidates with a Emergency Services or Crisis management awareness, experience with Crisis management services and strong analytical skills are preferred. A strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act discretely when handling confidential and/or sensitive information is required.
