Supervises the daily warehouse Operations activities for the Consolidated Services Center CSC based in Springfield, MO. Under the general oversight of the Distribution Manager Consolidated Services Center, this position is responsible for supervision of materials, resources and staff that effectively support the logistical and materials storage needs of all Health System functions and departments. Must insure department meets financial and operational goals set by the Director and Sr. Leaders. Direct supervision of Material Handler staff in the support of the Director in achieving optimal combinations of efficiency and quality are major responsibilities of this position. Insuring the highest level of staff function for order fulfillment, and optimal receipt and storage techniques are the key goals of this position. Regular duties include training and motivating staff, utilization of computer systems to manage inventory and process, and adherence to the goals and philosophy of Sisters of Company Health System. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with our mission, values and Company Service Standards.QUALIFICATIONS: Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Company . That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications: * Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. * Experience: Five 5 years experience in similar supervisory position or a College Degree in Business Management or related field with minimum of one 1 year supervisory experience in a similar position. * Other: Ability to operate a forklift, order picker and pallet jacks in narrow aisle operation. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely and repetitively lift and carry a 50 pound load as exhibited during a post-offer functional capacity testing process.
