have an immediate opening for a

Software / Automated Test Engineer

. This individual will work in a team environment to develop test and repair capability for a wide variety of avionic and/or weapon systems. This organization develops and maintains a wide range Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and analysis tools for numerous aircraft and weapons programs.  Our equipment and software is used to support all phases of platform/weapon development: demonstration, production, field support, and depot repair.

Position Responsibilities


System & software requirements analysis and development

System test requirements analysis and development interface design

Test software development/coding

Hardware/software integration

System selloff/verification

Research of technologies for potential application to company business needs

Support of problem resolution associated with fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle

This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Export Control Requirement:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics is required.

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Experience with, software development and simulation tools (e.g. editors, compilers, linkers, desktop simulators, and configuration and requirement management tools), as well as various software languages (C++, C#, etc.).

This position requires the ability to work within a fast paced team environment.

Strong communication skills are essential as frequent contact with Program Management, internal and external customer representatives, and other development teams and disciplines is required.


This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.


Occasional travel (<10%) may be required in support of the program and customer.
