Louisa Food Products, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Analyst join our team based in St. Louis, MO. We are looking for a highly organized, self-starter with a desire to learn about the pasta manufacturing industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all daily inventory control activities such as recording production, transfers, and cycle counts.
Ensure inventory is properly accounted for in the correct locations.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
Coordinate in-house cycle counts.
Work with Production and Warehouse staff to ensure daily activity is accurate.
Reconcile, maintain, and analyze inventory balances for assigned warehouses.
Maintain files and records for daily production, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and location transfers.
Coordinate periodic physical inventories
Assists other departments as needed.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
Provide administrative support to management as needed (e.g., answering phones, signing in visitors, filing, processing overnight shipments, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, in Business or related field
High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity & ethics
Excellent organization and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicate in a professional manner and comfortable dealing with all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and openness to changing priorities
Self-starter who takes initiative, acts with urgency and is solution oriented
