Job Type/Schedule This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. The ability to work on call is required. Department Name/Job Location This position is in the Department of Washington University Information Technology. This position is for the Danforth Campus. The ability to travel to on- and off-campus locations is required. Essential Functions POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the digital adoption of HR and Financial systems by designing, maintaining and delivering in-system guidance and self-help website to insure a seamless user experience. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design and execute digital adoption strategy across HR and Financial systems. 2. Design, maintain and deliver Workday instructions through in-system help and self-help websites for WashU customers. 3. Collaborate with various internal and external teams and departments to assess opportunities to leverage new Workday functionality, align with policies and procedures, and update in-system help accordingly. 4. Partner with Change Management Lead to analyze and track new Workday releases to determine need for system help updates and key points to include in messaging. 5. Manage the business relationship and troubleshooting processes with in-system help vendors. 6. Respond to ad-hoc requests for Workday in-system help inquiries. Assess need and, if appropriate, deliver ad-hoc system help. 7. Monitor in-system guidance analytics and website analytics to identify trends. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * One to two years in digital adoption platforms or self-help system support tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Workday. * Experience in higher education. * Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platform software, such as WhatFix, WordPress, Funnelback, CampaignMonitor, Dynamic 365, and SiteImprove. * Cross-platform technical proficiency in Workday. * Policy knowledge/interpretation. * Experience supporting all standard office productivity applications and computing platforms in an enterprise environment. * Ability to understand, be accountable, and complete assigned tasks associated with projects, such as system upgrades, system integration, and system administration. * Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to prioritize work load to appropriately respond to customer needs and demands. Salary Range Base pay commensurate with experience.
