CACI International End User Device Manager in St. Louis, Missouri
What You’ll Get to Do
CACI is looking for an End User Device Manager that will oversee the coordination and execution of providing end user devices to the customer. This includes, but not limited to, workstations/clients, monitors, voice, personal IT devices (PITD), geodetic survey, printers, scanners, plotters, copiers, video and A/V devices.
The End user Device Manger will manage and execute the COCO service model for end-user devices. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on trends and evolving end user devices technologies for potential implementation or deployment. Lead the investigation of systems issues and provide solutions using specific product knowledge, system tools, and established methods and procedures.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or comparable discipline Certified ITIL for IT services management and/or PMP.
Security clearance of TS/SCI.
Demonstrated experience modernizing complex end user devices in a large enterprise environment with an emphasis on IC and DoD secure capabilities.
Experience with fielding large scale IT systems, programs, and/or software.
Specialized experience applying ICD 503 or DCID 6/3 requirements to secure end user devices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in presenting material to senior NGA and non-NGA officials Attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staff.
5 or more years of experience supporting an IC or DoD agency.
Experience working with trouble reporting and tracking systems such as ITSM tools.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting NGA or IC environment.
