Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide System Support for MFT, MQ and IIB on both MF and Distributed platforms. This includes installation, customization and upgrade support on these products across all platforms. Must provide 24x7 support problem determination on call support and drive complex issues across system platforms and products with a sense of urgency. Works directly with the Client and assists with Architecture, supports key projects and delivers on Proof of Concepts efforts to address client requirements. Analyzes situations and implements solutions and repetitive processes. Regularly participates in overall planning and Client meetings. Drives resolution of Client Application issues. Must be able to explain technical issues in simple terms to executives, advise other professionals and provide training to others. Oversee the results or Global Delivery peers. Accountable for results and activities for multiple teams to achieve business results.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5 years MQ MF and Distribution System Support on large Client environments
5 years Managed File Transfer System Support on MF and Dist large Client environments
5 years IIB System Support
3 years Architect advice
Demonstrated English Verbal and Written skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 years use of IBM processes
