We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Interior Design Professional to grow with our team.

As an Interior Design Professional on our team in the St. Louis office you’ll be responsible for managing projects for interior environments that enhance organizational performance and achieve the client’s business objectives utilizing best practices. This role will focus on a wide variety of work including Commercial, Manufacturing and some Federal projects. To be most successful a working knowledge of the local market is a plus. Responsible will include deploying resources to ensure that the work process flows smoothly, acting as the primary liaison between the team and the client while working one or more projects. You will work with team to guide and develop project plans, schedule, fees, contracts and other related duties

Qualifications

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture

  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools

  • Extensive knowledge of architectural and interiors principles/practices

  • Strong project work plan capabilities with mentoring and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of pertinent building and accessibility codes

  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Interior Design certification and/or registered architect and LEED accreditation.

  • Insight to local real estate market.
