Looking for someone with knowledge of multimedia operations and components. Familiar with the architectural components and operational knowledge of equipment. Will work with Cisco, Web-Ex, Crestron and Polycom. Prior knowledge preferred but not required. This is a support role supporting non-technical personnel. Will be helping to set up multimedia connections for meetings. May help set up multimedia equipment and tables in meeting rooms to prepare for meetings. Prefer to have someone with an Associate’s Degree in Communications or something similar but would consider a candidate with less technical knowledge if they are willing to work hard, show up on time and they work well with others. May interact with all levels of personnel. Will work primarily in HQ1 and HQ2, nice casual attire would be required. Mostly working M-F with potential for OT. This position could become contract to hire for the right candidate based on performance, attendance, punctuality, and dependability.

MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES SUPPORT SCOPE OF JOB :

Performs routine assignments at an entry level professional role. Requires knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts in functional area. Occasional use and/or application of technical principles, theories and concepts. Contributes to the completion of routine technical tasks. Failure to achieve results can normally be overcome without serious effect on schedules and programs.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES :

Solid analytical skills and ability to solve problems, Organized and able to multi-task, Basic experience in multi-platform distributed environment preferable, Detail-oriented, Excellent communication skills, Collaborative and team-oriented, Customer service oriented, Adaptive and flexible, Basic understanding of ticketing systems and workflow
