Our logistics team manages a network of breweries, warehouses, and distribution centers like a boss to get what we need, where and when we need it. Role Overview
Manage select EHS regulatory and excellence programs for AB-Inbev Wholesaler Operations Division (WOD)
Assist with setting standards for and act as a resource for WOD Safety management
Assist with Environmental and Safety audits and projects
Assist with root cause analysis related to EH&S incidents
Assist in development and/or revision of EHS&S training programs
Develop various EHS&S communications for WOD employees
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 Years' Experience in EHS related field Preferred personnel/team management experience
50% Travel will be required.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership skills, comfortable with dealing with change, and the ability to lead change
Acts with integrity in all EHS&S matters to maintain EHS&S compliance and excellence
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and other departments
Familiar with Environmental and Safety regulations; Ability to manage projects
Flexibility and availability to travel and work irregular hours as needed
Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred
Strong MS Excel skills required
