Post Holdings Office 365 Administrator in St Louis, Missouri
Primary systems administered will be Office 365, BMC RemedyForce, Okta, WebEx, Spark, and Mimecast, in addition to various other SaaS solutions. This position will also be responsible for user administration including onboarding new employees and removing system access for employees that separate from the organization.
Routine system administration including: manage user accounts, manage support group changes (additions, changes, adding/removing members), provide users with access/roles within the systems.
Monitor overall system performance using system performance and diagnostic tools and dashboards.
Integrate IT Service Management System with other systems (for the potential discovery of assets, user access via LDAP, auto-creation of Incidents via Event Management Systems, etc.).
Monitor and maintain integrations after implementation.
Open Incident and Change Requests (e.g. submit bug/fix Incidents; submit instance clone/upgrade requests).
Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions of other members of the technical team and process owners.
Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issues.
Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration.
Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc).
Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings.
Identify and promote continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities.
Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules.
3-5 years experience in system administration.
Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.
Experience with working in a SaaS environment.
Understanding and experience with Office 365.
Understanding and experience with an ITSM toolsets such as BMC RemedyForce, ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SAML, SSO, PowerShell, APIs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' best practice ITSM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective.
Experience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing (application code and user acceptance), and deployment.
Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation
Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint).
A Candidate with Advanced Qualifications will have:
Advanced Office365 Administration experience
Active Directory experience
Email Spam filtering experience
RemedyForce or SalesForce experience.
Work history in consumer product goods
Knowledge of and understanding of security best practices.
Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Demonstrated experience with remote support.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field desired.
